INTERVIEW PRACTICE

No one should go unprepared to an interview at the consulate or before USCIS and certainly not before going to testify at a court hearing. At Visa Interview Practice, we review your documentation and then lead you through a mock interview or court trial. Success has three rules: Practice! Practice! Practice! If you have filed your visa or immigration petition on your own or wish to proceed through immigration court without representation, you owe yourself the benefit of a practice interview so you know what to expect.

THE PRACTICE SESSION

During your interview practice session, we will do the following:

Ø  Mock interview using the types of questions officers ask during their interviews

Ø  Review and evaluation of your answers to identify good points and bad points

Ø  Discuss a strategy to improve your presentation

Ø  Answer your questions

Ø  Provide legal advice

OUR ADVANTAGE

Unlike most visa coaches, I am a licensed attorney who can offer you legal advice about your case. 25 years of successful case results means I know what I am doing. I  also know how to fix broken cases. My hands-on experience in personally preparing appeals, motion to reconsider, motions to reopen, and even in taking cases to court has taught me what to look for to prevent cases from being denied and rejected. Not everyone wants to hire a lawyer for a full case from beginning to end, but everyone should have a case review and practice session to be sure everything is in order.  I step in like a mechanic giving your car its inspection.

ATTORNEY PETER VILES, J.D., LL.M

Attorney Peter M. Viles has spent 25 years as a professional lawyer practicing before the immigration service and immigration courts. He has also counseled and prepared countless clients overseas for their visa interviews. He knows how to help clients tell their stories in a way the officers will understand. He also knows what the officers are really looking for in the documentation the officers review at the interviews. Years of client preparation for immigration court and first hand experience of bringing cases before immigration judges has taught him how to help clients prepare for their court hearings.
